At onsēm, our skirts are designed to be easy, comfortable, and flexible to wear. Because several styles are adjustable, sizing may vary slightly depending on how you like your skirt to fit.

Use the chart below as a general guide, then read the style notes underneath to understand the difference between the Long Wrap, Midi Wrap, and Elastic Waist skirts.

Fit by Style

Long Wrap Skirt

The Long Wrap Skirt offers the most flexible fit of the onsēm skirt collection.

Its adjustable wrap design and elongated ties allow the skirt to fit across multiple waist sizes, with extra overlap for comfort and coverage.

Designed with comfort in mind, the Long Wrap offers an extra +3" of wrap at the waist for added ease and secure coverage.
 It drapes beautifully on taller figures or anyone who prefers a little more overlap and flow.

 
Compared with the Midi Wrap, the Long Wrap offers more coverage at the waist and hips, making it especially helpful for taller customers or anyone who prefers a more secure wrap.

Although our largest standard size is L, the wrap construction allows for more flexibility than a fixed-waist skirt.

Best for:
An elegant elongated silhouette, extra coverage, day-to-night styling, and a flexible fit.


Midi Wrap Skirt

The Midi Wrap Skirt has a flattering A-line shape with a shorter length than the Long Wrap.

It is adjustable at the waist, but has a more compact wrap than the Long Wrap. It is designed for easy everyday wear, with a flattering drape and a front pocket for a practical detail.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and full wrap coverage.

Best for:
Everyday wear, a flattering midi length, adjustable fit, and a polished but easy silhouette.

Elastic Waist Skirt

The Elastic Waist Skirt is designed for comfort and ease.

Unlike the wrap skirts, it has a fixed elastic waistband that stretches to fit comfortably at the waist. It is easy to slip on, practical to wear, and ideal if you prefer not to adjust ties.

Because the waistband is elastic, the fit is flexible, but less adjustable than the wrap skirts.

Best for:
Comfort, ease, pockets, quick dressing, and a relaxed everyday fit.
